1. Who we are

TrueTail is operated by Wynfall Studios, LLC, a company registered in Georgia, USA. When these terms say "we" or "us," that's Wynfall Studios, LLC.

2. What TrueTail is, and what it is not

TrueTail is a slip-tracking and market-math analytics tool. It logs the bets you have already placed elsewhere, grades them, and shows you de-vigged market pricing and closing-line value.

TrueTail is not a sportsbook. We accept no wagers. We hold no gambling funds. We never place a bet for you or on your behalf. Every bet you log was placed with a licensed sportsbook of your own choosing, outside of TrueTail entirely.

3. No guarantees

The expected-value math on this site describes market prices as they exist right now - it is not a prediction of the future. Past performance, ours or any capper's you track here, never guarantees future results. Nothing on TrueTail is financial advice or betting advice. You are responsible for your own betting decisions and any resulting losses.

4. Eligibility

You must be of legal betting age in your jurisdiction (21+ in most US states) and betting must be legal where you live for you to place the wagers you log here. TrueTail's analytics are purely informational everywhere else - using the tracking and math features does not require you to bet anything.

5. Accounts

TrueTail is a free open beta, and anyone of legal betting age in their jurisdiction may create an account. We can suspend accounts that abuse the service. Beta features may change, move, or reset without notice as we build.

6. Billing and cancellation

TrueTail Founding is a recurring subscription. Whop is the merchant of record: they process the payment, issue the receipt, and their terms apply to the transaction alongside these.

Your subscription renews automatically at the price you signed up at, monthly or yearly depending on the plan you chose, until you cancel. The founding rate is locked for as long as the subscription stays active and does not increase.

You can cancel at any time from your Whop account. Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep access for the rest of the period you have already paid for, and there is no cancellation fee.

If you change your mind within 14 days of your first payment, contact [email protected] and we will refund it in full, no questions asked. After 14 days, payments already taken are not refunded, and cancelling prevents the next one.

Nothing on TrueTail is a guarantee of profit. Read section 3.

7. Your data

You own the slips you log. See our Privacy Policy for exactly what we collect and how it's handled.

8. Acceptable use

No scraping, no reselling data pulled from TrueTail, no automated abuse of the service.

9. Liability

TrueTail is provided as-is. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.

10. Changes

If these terms change, we'll post the update here with a new effective date.
